Edition #61 "Cowboy Shit"
Hi there, here's another edition of heshphoto's "hi-five friday". On the first Friday of each month we like to share five of our images that make us
...happy...

Cowboy shit. I have always loved and envied it. From Argentina to the Wild West, the mythical and the genuine: the feral outlaw or the "gentleman", the ranch hand, the cowpoke... Although I was born and raised so far away from all of it. Physically, sure, but culturally, like a giant chasm... starting out as a northeastern urban, graffiti b-boy kid, the rugged, horse-riding tough guy was as unreal as an old dusty movie but, in many ways since then, I have spent my adult life searching, and, at least somewhat, lessening those distances - primarily thanks to Eliza + Denver, but also a bit of my own conceptual claustrophobia. So here's to wide open spaces and the folks who roam them.

Thanks for looking and have a happy first Friday!
Now, go out and buy/make/see some art.
Cheers,
Hesh
